The NBRA-669C is a universal brake chopper module.
The main function of this module is to provide braking control for specific equipment and systems, ensuring that they can be safely and effectively stopped when required.
The NBRA-669C module is suitable for 690V 3 ph inverters with frame size R8 and ACS800 0400-07. It can be plugged into DC+ and DC-terminals for the rating of 690V inverters.
In driver and chopper operation, the module can withstand 375 kilowatts of power per minute for 10 seconds, or 375 kilowatts for 30 seconds. In addition, its resistor has a
continuous power (heat) dissipation capacity, specifically 13.5 kW. If the braking time is more than 30 seconds, then the braking process is considered continuous, at which point
the minimum external resistance group required is 2.7 ohms (achieved by using three 9-ohms resistors in parallel).
