ABB 5SHX1445H0002 3BHL000387P0101直流調速中壓板
IGBT系列高頻驅動板,主要采用SG3525A作為PWM脈沖形成,輸出脈沖頻率范圍20KHZ—60KHZ,脈沖間隔互為180度,死區(qū)時間可以自行調整。可適用于IGBT全橋逆變串聯諧振感應加熱裝置調頻調功。功率范圍:10KW—120KW,該控制板接線少,控制集中,沒有調試,工作電源電壓為三路交流雙18V/1A及四個22V/0.5A的電源。具有過流,過壓,卻水,多種狀態(tài)指示,并提供開關型霍爾保護接口和線性霍爾保護接口,有全橋逆變IGBT驅動電路,此板可直接組裝IGBT高頻感應加熱裝置。
IGCT是將GTO芯片與反并聯二極管和門極驅動電路集成在一起,再與其門極驅動器在外圍以低電感方式連接,結合了晶體管的穩(wěn)定關斷能力和晶閘管低通態(tài)損耗的優(yōu)點,
在導通階段發(fā)揮晶閘管的性能,關斷階段呈現晶體管的特性。IGCT 具有電流大、阻斷電壓高、開關頻率高、可靠性高、結構緊湊、低導通損耗等特點,而且造成本低,成品率高,有很好的應用前景。
己用于電力系統(tǒng)電網裝置(100MVA)和的中功率工業(yè)驅動裝置(5MW)IGCT在中壓變頻器領域內成功的應用了11年的時間(到09年為止),由于IGCT的高速開關能力無需緩沖電路,因而所需的功率元件數目更少,
運行的可靠性大大增高。IGCT集 IGBT(絕緣門極雙極性晶體管)的高速開關特性和GTO(門極關斷品閘管)的高阻斷電壓和低導通損耗特性于一體,一般觸發(fā)信號通過光纖傳輸到IGCT單元。
在ACS6000的有緣整流單元的相模塊里,每相模塊由IGCT 和二極管、鉗位電容組成,由獨立的門極供電單元GUSP為其提供能源。
