3500/32 125712-01 本特利內(nèi)華達(dá) 3500 系列振動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)
4通道繼電器模塊是一個全高度模塊提供4個繼電器輸出。任意數(shù)量的4通道繼電器模塊可以放置在任意槽位的右側(cè)瞬態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)接口模塊。每次輸出4-通道中繼模塊可以獨立編程執(zhí)行投票邏輯。在4通道繼電器模塊上使用的每個繼電器包括報警驅(qū)動邏輯。報警驅(qū)動器邏輯編程使用與或邏輯，并可以使用報警輸入(警報和危險狀態(tài))，不是-好的，或者來自任何監(jiān)控通道的個人ppl機架中監(jiān)視器通道的組合。你可以編程此警報驅(qū)動器，以滿足您的應(yīng)用需求使用3500機架配置軟件。

這個故障在所有四臺機器上一個接一個出現(xiàn)，時間段不到一個小時。參考 警報和控制器診斷屏幕截圖。
安裝在本特利內(nèi)華達(dá)的 EGD 通信網(wǎng)關(guān)模塊通信 LED“OFF”和 OK LED 在一臺設(shè)備上開始閃爍。此外，安裝在本特利內(nèi)華達(dá)的 EGD 通信網(wǎng)關(guān)模塊通信 LED“亮”，其他 03 單元的 OK LED 呈綠色亮起。
在 WorkstationST Monitor 狀態(tài)下，EGD 服務(wù)器的服務(wù)運行正常。（參考隨附的 WorkstationST 屏幕截圖）。
所有以太網(wǎng)電纜似乎都正常，并且相信此通信問題沒有硬件問題。

3500/32 125712-01 Bentley Nevada 3500 Series Vibration monitoring system
The 4 channel relay module is a full height module providing 4 relay outputs. Any number of 4-channel relay modules can be placed in any slot on the right side of the transient data interface module. Each output 4-channel relay module can be independently programmed to perform voting logic. Each relay used on a 4-channel relay module includes alarm drive logic. Alarm driver logic is programmed using either logic or logic, and can use a combination of alarm inputs (alarm and danger status), not - well, or monitor channels from any monitoring channel in the individual ppl rack. You can program this alarm driver to meet your application needs using 3500 rack configuration software.
There are frequent communication failures between the MarkVie control system we installed in Unit 04 and the Bentley Nevada 3500 Series vibration monitoring system. In the cases mentioned, it was observed that:
There is no vibration data available on the HMI-related screen. (See attached screenshot)
MKVIe local and remote HMI provides turbine, associated auxiliary equipment and process monitoring and operational parameters. (See attached screenshot)
The glitch appeared one after the other on all four machines over a period of less than an hour. Refer to the alert and controller diagnostics screenshots.
EGD Communication Gateway module installed in Bentley Nevada Communication LED "OFF" and OK LED started flashing on one device. In addition, the communication LED of the EGD communication Gateway module installed in Bentley Nevada is "on", and the OK LED of the other unit 03 is green.
In the WorkstationST Monitor state, the EGD server is running properly. (Refer to the attached screenshots of WorkstationST).
All Ethernet cables appear to be working properly and there is believed to be no hardware issue with this communication issue.
Connect the Bently Nevada Rack configurator utility (installed on a separate laptop as an engineering workstation) and verify that all readings on the BN channel are available and that all modules are in good condition, so the unit is running online. In addition, the EGD communication gateway is in an "abnormal" state when verified by the configuration utility. (Refer to the attached EGD screenshot)
