The IC695PSA040 is a power module.
The module can be used with AC or DC input power supplies, suitable for 120/240 volt AC or 125 volt DC power supply environments, and its operating voltage range is 85 to 264 volts AC or 100 to 300 volts DC.
The IC695PSA040 power module is a 40-watt power supply that provides three main outputs: +3.3 VDC for internal use in the RX3i module with the IC695 catalog number, +5.1 VDC, and +24 VDC relay for
powering the circuits on the output relay module.
The PSU is designed for the PACSystem RX3i, but only one IC695PSA040 power supply can be installed at a time in the universal backplane, and is not compatible with other RX3i power supplies, either in
increased capacity or redundancy mode. In addition, the PSU has an input power (maximum at full load) of 70 watts, a continuous isolation (backplane input) capability of 250 VAC, and maintains ripple/noise
for 1 minute at 1500 VAC AC.
For terminals, each terminal receives a 14 AWG to 22 AWG wire with a current of 6 amps per terminal. In the Daisy chain configuration, a maximum of four PSA040 power modules can be connected.
