The T8403 Trusted TMR 24Vdc digital input module is a digital input module specially designed for industrial automation systems. It adopts TMR (three-module redundancy) architecture, which has the characteristics of high reliability and high stability, and can ensure the normal operation of the system in complex and harsh environments.
The T8403 module can receive input signals from 40 field devices, each input channel is triple redundant and measured via a Sigma Delta input circuit. By comparing user-configurable threshold voltages with field voltage measurements, the module is able to determine the reported field device input status. During the installation process, the module has the ability to detect the open and short circuit of the field line. The line monitoring function is independent, with separate monitoring devices configured for each input channel.
