The 1757-SRM is a redundant module. This module is designed to visualize the process and connect to the user's own application, providing an OPC interface (OLE for handling controls) that enables the user to
process data, adjust parameters during setup, and connect their own controls.
The 1757-SRM module complies with the IEC61131-3 programming system standard and has a reusable programming module that can generate software libraries for all supported control systems, but is independent
of hardware features. This helps reduce development time and testing time for users and ensures high quality software.
In a redundant controller system, the 1757-SRM module needs to be used with two identical 1756 frames, each with the same number of slots and modules in the same slots, as well as two additional ControlNet nodes.
