Remote I/O Scanner Features:
This mode allows users to replace existing remote I/O PLCS with ControlLogix or CompactLogix PAC without having to replace existing I/O racks.
Build new controller programs without interrupting existing controls to minimize downtime
Supports up to 32 racks of remote I/O
Supports all remote I/O baud rates (57.6, 115.2, and 230.4K baud rates) and remote I/O addressing from 0 to 76 eight channels
Available for ControlLogix or CompactLogix
The auto-configuration utility discovers baud rates and maps discrete I/O to reduce configuration errors
Driving:
This mode allows you to upgrade a legacy Allen Bradley drive on remote I/O to a new drive with EtherNet/IP enabled.
No need to change the PLC code
Supports up to 4 EtherNet/IP drives
1/4, 1/2, and full rack addressing are available
All PowerFlex drives on EtherNet/IP are supported
Man-machine interface
This mode allows you to upgrade a traditional PanelView on remote I/O or DH+ to PanelView Plus, PanelView Plus 6, or PanelView Plus 7 on EtherNet/IP.
