系統(tǒng)的工作流程是：從現(xiàn)場取得的傳感器輸入信號提供給3500監(jiān)測器框架內(nèi)的監(jiān)測器和鍵相位通道，數(shù)據(jù)被采集后，與報警點比較并從監(jiān)測器框架送到一個地方或多個地方處理。

3500框架中模件的共同特征是帶電插拔和內(nèi)部、外部接線端子。任何主模件（安裝在3500框架前端）能夠在系統(tǒng)供電狀態(tài)中拆除和更換而不影響不相關模塊的工作，如果框架有兩個電源，插拔其中一塊電源不會影響3500框架的工作。

外部端子使用多芯電纜（每個模塊一根線）把輸入\輸出模塊與終端連接起來，這些終端設備使得在緊密空間內(nèi)把多條線與框架連接起來變的非常容易，內(nèi)部端子則用于把傳感器與輸入\輸出模塊直接連接起來。外部端子塊一般不能與內(nèi)部端子輸入/輸出模塊一起使用。

The 3500 system provides continuous, on-line monitoring for mechanical protection applications and provides important information for early identification of mechanical failures.

The work flow of the system is: the sensor input signal obtained from the field is provided to the monitor and key phase channel in the 3500 monitor frame, and the data is collected, compared with the alarm point and sent from the monitor frame to one or more places for processing.

The common features of the modules in the 3500 frame are live plug and plug and internal and external terminals. Any main module (mounted on the front end of the 3500 frame) can be removed and replaced in the system power supply state without affecting the operation of unrelated modules, and if the frame has two power supplies, plugging and unplugging one of them will not affect the operation of the 3500 frame.

The external terminals use multi-core cables (one wire per module) to connect the input/output module to the terminal, which makes it very easy to connect multiple lines to the frame in a tight space, and the internal terminals are used to connect the sensor directly to the input/output module. The external terminal block generally cannot be used with the internal terminal input/output module.
