The IS220PRTDH1A is a General Electric resistance temperature device input module. The module is part of GE's Mark VIe Speedtronic system, one of the last systems available at Speedtronic. The Speedtronic family was created by GE in the 1960s to manage industrial gas and steam turbines, including popular versions such as the Mark I, Mark II, Mark IV and Mark VI.
The IS220PRTDH1A is an I/O package designed to work with the terminal board. When used with specific terminal boards such as IS200TRTDH2D, IS200SRTDH1A or IS200SRTDH2A, it is approved for use in hazardous places. This unit has its own power supply.
Only resistance-simple devices, such as RTDS, can be connected to the RTD input on the IS220PRTDH1A. The cables used for these connections shall have appropriate insulation as specified in the local electrical code.
