The IC693CPU313 CPU is a 90-30 series GE Fanuc embedded CPU. It is a CPU backplane that is directly embedded into the CPU module. The IC693CPU313 embedded CPU runs at a processor speed of 10 Megaherz and its processor is the 80188 processor. It's a turbocharged CPU. The backboard of the IC693CPU313 embedded CPU has only five module slots (there is also one slot on the far left side for hosting power only).
